Refund Policy

At NexaDrop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your car accessories purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Electrical components that have been opened or tested
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at nexadrop53@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at nexadrop53@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nexadrop53@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
